Installation Engineers Renewable Heating (Domestic)
Location: Offices in Maidenhead and London, Projects Nationwide
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience (Circa £45,000 - £50,000) & excellent benefits

The role
Were looking for motivated, skilled, and hands-on Installation Engineers to join our growing engineering team. Reporting to our Installation Supervisors, youll help deliver high-quality, efficient, and future-proof heating solutions to homes and communities across the UK.
Your work will include:
* Installing heat pump systems and Heat Interface Units for residential properties.
* Pipefitting heating, cooling and hot water systems, including underground installations.
* Fusion welding and applying insulation to ensure system efficiency and durability.
* Carrying out basic electrical connections for integrated systems.
* Diagnosing and fixing faults to keep systems running at their best.
* Performing QA/QC checks to industry, Rendesco, and customer standards.
About You
* Qualified: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing or Engineering (or equivalent).
* Proven hands-on experience in plumbing and/or pipefitting is essential, demonstrating a proven ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot water and heating systems.
* Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, hot water regulations, and safe installation practices.
* Ideally experienced in renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction.
* Able to read and follow installation processes with great attention to detail.
* Comfortable working as part of a team - but capable of taking initiative when working independently.
* Willing to work away from home when required (cost of travel covered)
