Job Description
As a Programme Lead Engineer, you will ensure a full lifecycle perspective in the development and management of systems, equipment, people, and processes. Your responsibilities include eliciting requirements, overcoming engineering challenges, and maintaining system performance and delivery.
You will oversee the delivery of engineering scope on one or more avionic development projects, ensuring requirements are met within cost and schedule through detailed planning and monitoring.
Daily, you will guide and support the development team, serve as the primary engineering contact for customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Experience as a Project Lead Engineer or Domain Lead Engineer (e.g., Systems, Hardware, Software)
* Understanding of multi-disciplinary project delivery
* Knowledge of challenges in Avionic System Engineering, including operating environments
* Chartered Engineer registration (CEng or equivalent) is desirable but not essential; we support employees in attaining CEng status
Additional Information
This role offers a salary between £63,072 and £80,000 plus flexible benefits.
Requires on-site presence at least 3 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for UK applicants.
