Social Worker - Children with Disabilities Team
We are offering a £3000 annual market supplement for this role!
We are recruiting Social Workers for our Disabled Children's Team. You will support children and young people with significant and profound, permanent disabilities. This specialist service collaborates with Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After pathways.

About the role
The main duties include:
* Assessing needs of children and young people with disabilities
* Providing short breaks support for children with severe and profound disabilities
* Care planning including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After
* Conducting visits to children at home, school, and community
* Collaborating with health, education, and other agencies

About you
The successful candidates will:
* Hold a Social Work qualification and have completed the ASYE
* Be registered with Social Work England
* Have relevant experience, ideally with children with disabilities or safeguarding
* Be willing to work across Kingston and Richmond
* Be able to work in a hybrid office environment
* Be a team player and supportive colleague
