You will also contribute to the implementation of our curriculum, support quality improvement initiatives, and help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning across the campus.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child
* Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
* Create meaningful, engaging interactions that support lifelong learning
* Document children's learning and development using digital platforms
* Mentor and support team members in delivering quality practice
* Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
* Communicate effectively about children's progress and development
About You
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching/Education
* A valid VIT registration & WWCC
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an early childhood teaching role (3-5YO)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
* A commitment to child safe standards and implementing child-safe practices
