Description The Commercial Manager will lead commercial (procurement) management across high-volume, fast-moving portfolios in building, civil engineering, maintenance and renewal projects and critical infrastructure support contracts Develop commercial (procurement) strategies and support pre-contract activities to ensure projects are set up for success Collaborate with internal teams, understand stakeholder needs, and build strong supplier relationships Navigate multiple projects at various stages, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum Oversee contractor performance under framework agreements, leading contract negotiations and risk/value assessments Guide and develop a high-performing commercial (procurement) team delivering saving and efficiency targets.
