Responsibilities
* Supporting children with early phonics, sounds, and blending
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence with reading
* Delivering engaging, playful learning activities
* Helping establish routines that support focus and development
* Encouraging communication, listening, and language skills
Qualifications
* Graduates or those keen to gain experience in early years education
* A patient, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication skills and a naturally playful energy
* Confidence supporting children at different developmental stages
* A genuine passion for helping young children thrive
* Valid enhanced DBS check and subscription to the DBS Update Service
Pay & Benefits
* £14.30–£15 per hour, paid weekly via PAYE

Requirements for Application
* Passport or proof of right to work in the UK
* Two proofs of address
* A CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained
* Two years of references (education, childcare, voluntary or youth work)
* Overseas Police Check if applicable
