As the company continues its journey of expansion and operational excellence, an experienced Production Manager is required to take ownership of the production functiondriving efficiency, developing people, and ensuring consistent quality across every stage of manufacture.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Production Manager will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across multiple production areas, ensuring delivery of throughput, quality, and cost targets in line with business growth plans.
