We are seeking a Client Services Administrator who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
As a key member of the operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience. You will handle a varied workload, managing multiple priorities and maintaining accuracy and professionalism throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for existing customers, providing friendly and professional support
* Respond to general and pension-related queries promptly and accurately
* Process pension transfers and update internal systems with precise customer information
* Maintain compliance with company processes and service-level agreements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and proactive communication
* Manage your own workload effectively, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met
Applicants should have previous experience within financial services, ideally within a platform or pension transfer environment. Additionally, applicants should have strong communication skills with a genuine passion for client service, as well as being highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy team environment.
