Job Description
Escape is working in partnership to support them in recruiting a Supply & Logistics Coordinator.
for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract supporting the supply chain function during a busy operational period.
The role focuses on maintaining continuity of supply, coordinating logistics activity and supporting planning requirements across the business.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day logistics and supply coordination
* Plan and schedule shipments across mainland and island routes
* Work with 3PL providers, freight forwarders and internal teams
* Monitor and manage stock held in external warehouses
* Support customer demand and ensure product availability
* Assist with planning activities, including materials/production where required
* Resolve operational issues relating to scheduling, capacity and delivery
Requirements:
* Experience in supply chain, logistics or planning
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders
* Experience with Excel and ERP/MRP systems
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Materials or production planning experience beneficial
