Job Title: Weekend Administrator / Customer Service Assistant (Estate Agency)

Hours: Saturdays only, 09:00 – 16:00

The Role:
We are looking for a confident and organised individual to join our team as a Weekend Administrator/Customer Service Assistant. This role is key to ensuring smooth weekend operations in our busy office.
You will be the first point of contact for calls and visitors, helping with a range of lettings and sales enquiries, as well as supporting our property management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls relating to lettings and sales properties
* Registering applicants and logging their details accurately
* Assisting tenants and landlords with queries throughout the day
* Releasing keys for tenant move-ins via company processes
* Handling and logging property maintenance issues that arise over the weekend
* Providing general administrative support to the team
About You:
* Friendly, professional, and confident in dealing with the public
* Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently and managing varied tasks
* Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable, but training will be provided
