THE OPPORTUNITY
––
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join a leading influencer marketing agency delivering campaigns at the heart of sport and creator culture.
This is a hands-on role for someone looking to grow in the industry, where you’ll support campaign development, partnership casting, and project delivery for major brands. You’ll gain experience across every stage of the process while working alongside some of the biggest names in sport and social.

THE ROLE

* Support the development and pitching of creative ideas that combine sport, talent, and culture, contributing to proposals that resonate with both clients and audiences.
* Play a key role in campaign delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule and to the highest standard.
* Run client status updates and keep project documentation up-to-date, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between internal teams, clients, and talent.
* Assist with identifying and casting the right mix of athletes and creators, supporting negotiations alongside senior account leads.
* Monitor live campaigns and assist with day-to-day management, ensuring talent deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded.
* Stay on top of cultural moments, sports headlines, and platform trends, spotting opportunities for reactive content and campaign ideas.
* Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure seamless collaboration across projects.
* Begin to build your own network of creators, agents, and industry contacts, helping to strengthen the agency’s relationships within the sports and influencer landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
––
* At least six months experience in an influencer marketing role, ideally from an agency environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects at once.
* A passion for UK sport — especially football — and an interest in the creators shaping the culture around it.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
