About this role:

We provide the platform and tools to help independent restaurants move online and reach a significantly broader customer base – to generate increased orders and grow their businesses. We also provide insights, advice, and support our growing community needs to satisfy customers and help raise standards across a vibrant takeaway sector.

As a Field Account Manager, you will be fully accountable for the development and growth of your area, driving consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximize Just Eat orders. You will also act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory.

Location: Edinburgh, with a mix of field-based and home-based work.

Key responsibilities:

* Maximize the potential of existing Just Eat Takeaway Restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
* Educate Restaurant Partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their customers.
* Play an integral role in onboarding new signings, ensuring all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and optimized for success.
* Prioritize order growth via activated restaurants, using data and internal tools to identify growth opportunities and strategies.
* Use platforms like Salesforce and Restaurant Manager to identify opportunities for growth and drive efficiencies.

What you will bring:

* Experience in B2B sales or account management.
* A desire to take ownership of ambitious targets.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* A passion for learning and self-improvement.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Interest in food and restaurants.
* Full clean UK driving license.
