Description
The key responsibilities of the Junior Management Accountant include:
1. Preparing accrued income and management accounts for a high-impact business entity
2. Running the full P&L, COS, and intercompany recharges for smaller entities
3. Owning balance sheet and cashflow reporting, with accuracy and timeliness at the core
4. Producing weekly MI reporting with real insight: revenue, GM%, and performance commentary
5. Managing intercompany revenue, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis
6. Supporting audit processes and continuously improving the control framework
Profile
The Successful Junior Management Accountant Will Be:
* A high-potential Assistant or Junior Accountant ready to step up
* Confident in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and data modelling are second nature)
* A strong communicator - able to engage across teams and explain numbers with clarity
* Organised, proactive, and hungry to grow within a high-performing finance team
* Ideally part-qualified or actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA
