Tomorrow are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Artworker to join a well-established and award-winning brand experience agency. You’ll play a key role in bringing creative visions to life, producing technically accurate and print-ready artwork across a wide range of formats – from large-scale experiential campaigns and POS to signage, branding, and digital/interactive projects. Working closely with the Artwork Manager and the wider creative team (including designers, illustrators, and campaign managers), this role is all about accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. This role is based in Berkshire What You'll Be Doing Preparing accurate and production-ready artwork for a range of repro processes, including large format. Creating artwork that adheres to strict brand guidelines and technical specifications. Collaborating with campaign teams and 3rd-party production suppliers to ensure high-quality output. Supporting the creative studio with artworking expertise across layouts, typography, and visualisation. Ensuring all artwork is technically correct and delivered on time, on spec, and on brief. What They’re Looking For Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Deep understanding of print production processes and repro/pre-press. A meticulous eye for detail and strong typographic and layout skills. Experience producing artwork within brand guidelines and working to technical constraints. Clear and confident communicator – both written and verbal. Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple deadlines in a busy studio. Legally eligible to live and work in the UK. Bonus Points If You Have Experience creating artwork for activations in retail spaces, shopping centres, or live events. Understanding of POS, stand builds, and branding production processes. Background in a creative or marketing agency environment. Interest or experience in emerging AI tools within Adobe (e.g. Sensei, Firefly) – curiosity and innovation are welcome!
