Your Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, tailored lessons that meet the needs of students with SEN
* Help shape and contribute to the school's improvement and development strategies
* Support and advise teaching staff and support workers to enhance learning outcomes
* Recommend suitable resources to optimise classroom and SEN teaching practices
* Lead and contribute to in-house training and CPD for staff
* Act as a role model of the school's inclusive and child-focused ethos
What We're Looking For
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Solid understanding of SEND practices, including EHCPs and personalised learning plans
* Experience working with students with Autism, SEMH, or communication difficulties
* Confident working collaboratively with a wider professional team
* Strong planning, assessment, and classroom management abilities
* Experience mentoring or guiding teaching assistants or LSAs is desirable
