French Speaking Operations & Customer Care Executive (Italian or Spanish an Advantage)
Location: Edinburgh/Hybrid
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per year
An established inbound travel company is seeking an experienced French Speaking Operations & Customer Care Executive to join its dynamic team in Edinburgh. This role sits within the Guaranteed Departure department and focuses primarily on supporting group travel across the UK & Ireland, particularly for the Spanish and South American markets.
Key Responsibilities as a French Speaking Operations & Customer Care Executive:
* Manage and oversee all elements of client bookings to ensure smooth tour operations.
* Build strong working relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and destination expertise.
* Calculate technical timings and logistical planning for group itineraries.
* Provide exceptional customer service to tour operator clients and their travellers.
* Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs, and meetings as required.
Required Skills & Experience as a French Speaking Operations & Customer Care Executive:
1. Fluent French, with Italian or Spanish considered a strong advantage.
