The growing Corporate Team is keen to hear from Senior Associates right through to Partner level, looking to become part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team handling a wide range of high-quality transactional work. About the Role Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate, the successful candidate will: Lead and support on a broad range of corporate transactions You will be able to get involved in a wide range of quality matters, including business and share acquisition disposals, management buy-outs, corporate refinancing, advising investee companies, group reorganisations, and share buybacks Supervise junior team members and contribute to their development Build and maintain excellent relationships with their clients Play an active role in business development, both within the Corporate Team and firm-wide About You You could be a Senior Associate or Managing Associate looking for a clear route to Partnership, or a Partner looking for a lateral move.
