You will be working for a leading provider of housing, care and support services.
Your new role
As a Mobile Care and Support Worker, your main responsibility will be to provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable residents, whilst preparing regular Risk Assessments and working with existing Support Plans. You will help your clients as they adapt back to domestic lives, giving particular focus to both their transition home and the first 72 hours after their return.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FOUR DAY PER WEEK ROLE WHICH REQUIRES 28 HOURS’ WORK PER WEEK
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience working within the Care and Support sector and understand the issues affecting vulnerable adults. You will also need to be confident when driving, have held your licence for at least two years and be skilled at using Microsoft packages, with excellent teamwork skills, demonstrating both collaboration and respect with peers and customers.
