Eventus Recruitment are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer for a law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne & Wear. This is a permanent job position that can be offered on a full or part‑time basis (3, 4 or 5 days). Other benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking.
Role Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed case load of sale, purchase and Buy to Let residential properties, leasehold matters, help and right to buy schemes, new build property purchase and sales, mortgages/re‑mortgages, shared ownership and affordable housing, and transfer of equity.
* Providing effective communication and excellent customer care to your clients at each stage of their journey.
* Delegating and overseeing the work of support staff.
* Taking an active role in business development, to support building professional relationships and growing your client base.
Person Specification
* Have excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, use of CMS, and various conveyancing/estate agent portals.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have a professional telephone manner.
* Be very organised.
* Have a willingness to adapt.

Benefits include 25 days holiday and contractual hours are 9‑5, but there is flexibility over start and finish times should this be important to you. Whilst ideally full‑time, the firm is also flexible over number of days per week that this role is offered, if you want to work full‑time.
