We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Force Sensors division. The role involves establishing and maintaining direct communication between customers and the business, acting as the trusted voice of the customer, and supporting Sales Managers and Engineers. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to optimize lead times, shipments, and sales revenue within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end order processing, including entry, acknowledgment, tracking EDI orders, planning dispatches, and raising pro-forma invoices.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding stock, delivery times, and pricing. Develop strong relationships and aim to exceed expectations.
* Focus on achieving budgets and forecasts; improve delivery timelines through collaboration with Planning and Logistics teams.
* Own and resolve customer complaints through thorough investigation.
* Coordinate product returns and arrange credits in line with RMA procedures.
* Maintain ERP, CRM, and internal databases accurately.
* Manage direct orders for load cells, electronics, and accessories.
* Perform general administrative tasks and generate reports as required.
* Proactively contact existing and potential customers to support sales activities.
* Prepare for and participate in meetings and conference calls.
Requirements
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, with proficiency in ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience developing relationships via phone and email.
* German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in customer service within a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to prioritize, pay attention to detail, and work independently in a demanding environment.
* Resilience and willingness to take on new challenges; knowledge of sensors is a plus but not required.
