You’ll be the vital link between users, stakeholders, and technology partners, ensuring our systems are easy to use, well adopted, and continuously improved. This role blends project management, system oversight, and user engagement. You’ll coordinate enhancements, manage suppliers, champion data quality, and deliver digital initiatives that empower colleagues and service users. what you’ll do Manage CRM development, integrations, and day-to-day improvements Coordinate projects, suppliers, and sprint planning Champion user experience and adoption across teams Support data quality, GDPR compliance, and reporting readiness Train and support users, building a network of system champions what you’ll bring Experience with CRM platforms (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) Strong project management skills (Prince2, Agile, or equivalent) Ability to translate requirements into clear improvements Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels Analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and compliance why join us?
