The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure, providing technical support to a range of clients in the area as well as supporting more junior members of staff. Key DutiesTroubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network related issuesInstalling and configuring hardware and software componentsMonitoring and maintaining IT systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and secureSupporting the companies Hyper-V server infrastructureDeployment and configuration of the companies software applicationsFirewall maintenance Performing system backups and disaster recovery operationsScripting skills Contributing to the training of other staff members Maintaining a high level of customer service
MSP experience is desirable but not required.
