Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Pay: £90 – £100 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term-time only)

This role is perfect for someone who wants to support young people with their learning and development, while building a career in education.
What the role involves:
Working alongside teachers to support students in lessons across KS3 and KS4
Providing 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils who need extra help
Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment
Encouraging confidence, motivation, and independence in students
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, resilient and empathetic attitude
Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE level or above)
Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
