We are a long established very stable medical practice based at 4 Queens Road in the west end of Aberdeen. We are proud of our reputation for providing a friendly working environment in which to provide a high standard of clinical care to our list of around 9,400 patients.
We are keen to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Treatment Room or Practice Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience of wound care management, ear syringing, injections, venepuncture, ECGs. Experience of cervical cytology and near patient testing for INR would be advantageous.
1. GPs - 3 GP Partners (1 x 10 sessions, 1 x 8 sessions and 1 x 4 sessions) and 2 x 6-session salaried GP's
2. Excellent experienced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nursing, CTAC HCAs and Admin teams
3. First Contact Physiotherapist, Pharmacotherapy Team, Psychological Therapist, Midwife and Primary Care Link Practitioner
4. Undergraduate teaching of 5th year medical students
5. Foundation Year 2 Doctors on 4-month placements
6. Locality-based community nursing and health visiting teams
7. Paperlight using Vision and Docman.
Flexibility to work additional hours to cover leave/sickness would be an advantage.
