We’re looking for Support Workers to join our vibrant team in Ilminster. This is a full-time role with shift patterns that include:
* ? 14-hour shifts
* ? Day shifts
* ? Sleep-ins required
* ? Weekend work is essential
* ? 37.5 hours full-time
You’ll need to be a driver with a full UK licence to use our company cars.

You’ll be supporting two sociable residents with complex health needs. They love getting out and about, so you’ll be joining them for:

* Light-hearted activities around Ilminster
You’ll also support with:
* Medication and health monitoring

* Domestic tasks and emotional wellbeing
They’re looking for someone who’s not just reliable—but fun, friendly, and full of good humour.
