Job Description:
The Parts & Services Channel Marketing Intern supports the AG Sales & Marketing team in driving sales, margin, and market share growth for Genuine CNHi Parts in UK & ROI. Responsibilities include supporting the management of a parts portfolio across two agricultural brands (Case IH and New Holland), focusing on two key channels: Ecommerce & Sell Out.
Sell Out Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the field Sell out specialist to develop and execute quarterly campaigns, digital initiatives, loyalty programs, and product communication strategies by channel.
* Assist the communication team in maintaining platforms and tools that provide product information to customers, enhancing brand and product awareness.
* Manage the deployment of all outgoing sell out campaign communications to internal and external distribution lists.
* Create sell out KPI reports and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
* Support the organization and delivery of sell out events at dealership locations, including on-site attendance if required.
Ecommerce Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily channel activities using Power BI dashboards; support dealers in platform use and manage product/channel queries.
* Work closely with the Central Ecommerce team to adapt and improve local channel strategies.
* Support online ecommerce sales initiatives within dealerships, collaborating with the sell-out specialist and PSMs.
* Generate and analyze KPI sales reports such as dealer performance, quotes, sales, abandoned carts, and registrations.
* Manage and coordinate the Ecommerce newsletter in partnership with the sell-out specialist.
* Assist with dealer open days, including organizing Ecommerce stands when applicable.
Candidate Requirements and Attributes:
* Degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in the agricultural sector or B2B Ecommerce.
* Solution-oriented with proactive work ethic and autonomy.
* Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends.
* Creative with ability to produce basic marketing materials within brand guidelines using MS and Adobe tools.
* Strong proofreading and copywriting skills.
* Organized, able to manage workload, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
* Motivated, adaptable, and willing to work independently.
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, including Power BI.
* Fluent in English, both written and oral.
* Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
