Location: Glasgow Hours: 3 days from home (6am - 2pm) | 2 days in-office (7am - 3pm) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Support Assistant to join our expanding team in Glasgow. This is a pivotal role within our business services function, supporting fee earners and ensuring the seamless delivery of legal work and client service. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of tasks, coordinate with colleagues across teams, and contribute to the efficiency and success of our legal operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and quality-check production of documents Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for fee earners Support business development initiatives including pitches, presentations, and events Maintain accurate client data and ensure compliance with internal processes Handle client communications and correspondence Assist with billing, expenses, WIP, and disbursements Use systems such as 3E, Interaction, Workday, and document management tools Collaborate with Legal Support Managers, Team Leaders, and global PA networks Deliver exceptional client service and contribute to internal communications About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive, people-focused approach Comfortable with technology and experienced in Microsoft Office and legal systems Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Passionate about client service, continuous improvement, and teamwork Previous experience in legal or professional services is desirable Your Opportunity This is an exciting time to join our Glasgow team.
