Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a culture development strategy and roadmap
* Define and embed organisational values across teams
* Design and deliver training programmes to support cultural alignment
* Collaborate with supply chain and project management teams to ensure consistent cultural practices
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in organisational development, change management, or HR
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
* Background in working with public sector or government bodies is a plus
