The Challenge…
15. Assist with the running of the parts department, helping customers with their parts enquiries, and providing expert advice on commercial vehicle parts
16. Accurately identify parts using parts catalogues and industry systems
17. Process Orders, ensuring correct parts are supplied in a timely manner
18. Liaise with internal departments such as the workshop and external suppliers to source parts
19. Maintain stock levels, carry out inventory checks, and manage incoming deliveries.
20. Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, building strong client relationships
21. Keep up to date with the latest in product lines, technology, and industry trends.
The Day to Day…
22. Alternate Shifts: Early: Mon – Fri: 06:00 – 15:30 Late: Mon – Fri: 10:30 – 20:00. Sat: 08:00 – 12:00 (Sat paid at overtime)
What we’re looking for…
23. Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role, ideally within the commercial vehicles sector
24. Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles parts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer first attitude
25. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
26. Strong IT skills and experience using parts catalogues, stock management and ordering systems,
27. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
28. Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
29. Natural ability to sell to customers
30. Self-motivated to work on own initiative
You’ll really hit the ground running if you have…
31. Experience working with the Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks product
32. Experience working within a Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks dealership.
33. Forklift Driver or HGV Drivers licence
