The Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and operations team. This is a hands-on management role where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring equipment is prepared, maintained, and delivered on time to meet the needs of productions and clients.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives and drivers, including workload planning and scheduling.
Oversee equipment preparation: cleaning, scanning, loading, and unloading.
Ensure all equipment is accurately tracked and ready for jobs and collections.
Coordinate maintenance and servicing of assets, liaising with repair vendors when needed.
Run weekly operations meetings and supervise truck packs.
Maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant warehouse environment.
Complete end-of-job checks, including missing and damage reports.
Work closely with senior management on warehouse layout, systems, and process improvements.
