We are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to our Shared Service Team. You will deliver high-quality HR support by managing HR activities linked to the employee lifecycle.
The role is based in Telford with a hybrid working model and is suitable for someone with a strong administrative background.
Your Challenge as HR Advisor:
* Manage and own workload in line with SLAs & KPIs, focusing on core HR processes.
* Ensure governance & compliance of HR data using various HR systems & tools.
* Partner with wider HR teams to support deliverables and re-prioritize workload as needed.
* Support HR projects and activities through administrative support and colleague guidance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Promote continuous improvement by owning key elements of the HR strategy/project plan.
Key Skills & Experience:
Beneficial:
* Previous HR administration experience
* Understanding of HR legislation and GDPR
* Knowledge of HR & Payroll processes (SuccessFactors, Resourcelink, 4Me or similar)
* Electronic Document Management and Project Coordination

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Forms, PowerPoint)
* Organized, adaptable, inquisitive, and challenging mindset
* Tenacious, driven, and experienced in fast-paced environments
