Rteaching Personnel is working with a primary school that are looking for a HLTA to join their team after the October 2025 half term. This full-time role (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–3:15pm) involves whole class support, small group interventions, and occasional teaching cover across Years 3–6.

The Role:
* Deliver interventions and provide classroom support
* Cover lessons for PPA and short-term teacher absences
* Support inclusion of all pupils, including those with SEND
* Use positive behaviour strategies to maintain a purposeful learning environment
Who we’re looking for:
* Ideally Level 4 HLTA qualified, but experienced TAs with cover experience encouraged to apply
* ECTs or qualified teachers seeking a flexible role welcome
