The Role Our Head Waitress/Waiters will be engaging leaders who are positive role models to the rest of the restaurant team. Your product knowledge, attention to detail and engaging communication style will allow you to play an integral role within the restaurant team, setting and maintaining first class standards. The Person As our Head Waitress/Waiters will have previous restaurant experience and ideally will have been exposed to training team members at some point in your career. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a high-end restaurant or establishment, which will enable you to run a section in the restaurant independently. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You are highly reliable, responsive and able to work cohesively with the existing team. You can work well under pressure and adapt pace, as required. You will play an integral role within the restaurant team, setting and maintaining first class standards and creating unforgettable memories for our guests. Salary: £27,644.30 per annum plus tronc Shift Pattern The ideal candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week any 5 days out of 7. The hours for this position typically consist of: 06:30-15:00, 07:00-16:00 or 15:00-01:00, we are looking for candidates who would be available to work any of these shift times.
