I have a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter to take over a warm desk. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, is hungry to succeed and who can manage workloads and targets autonomously. The desk is warm with clients who have worked with Connex for years. The role is to manage existing relationships but also to grow our client portfolio. We have candidates cleared and ready to work so you can start growing the desk ASAP!
Going above and beyond for your schools and candidates is key to your success, so we are looking for someone who really cares about the service they provide.
Duties include:
* Developing relationships with newly aquired clients and existing schools through telephone calls and face to face meetings (must have a drivers licence and regular access to a car)
* Recruiting and promoting candidates to schools for supply and Long-Term bookings
* Servicing exisiting relationships with schools to offer the best service possible
* You must be prepared to spend time getting to know your candidates to be able to book them into roles that are ideal for their specific skill set.
* Running payroll efficiently.
* Meeting and interviewing prospective candidates.
* Be willing to put in the hours necessary to meet the demands of a large desk.
