We are hiring for a Part-Time Female Waking Support Worker.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs. Your role will include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital part in their lives.
What we're looking for:
* A genuine passion for supporting others.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Having a driver’s license is preferred but not essential.
Details include:
* Waking nights: 21:00 - 07:00
* 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time), along with benefits such as pension and holiday buying options.
