Role Overview:
As the Hostess, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest receives a warm reception and an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Your role is vital in maintaining the luxurious atmosphere our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome.
2. Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
3. Present menus and provide initial information about our offerings.
4. Maintain a pristine and organized reception and seating area.
5. Collaborate closely with the bar/lounge team to ensure seamless service.
6. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
7. Uphold the bar/lounge’s high standards of service and presentation.
Requirements:
1. Must be over 25 years of age.
2. Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
3. Previous experience in a high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
7. Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
