Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies. Fully immerse themselves in school life, contributing to a supportive, uplifting learning environment. Educates pupils from Early Years through to Key Stage 2. Classes are grouped by ability rather than age, meaning groups will be mixed-age. Strong relationships with parents and carers, creating a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: A relevant qualification related to working with children or supporting learning. UK-based school experience, with a reference that specifically comments on your interaction with children. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Smile Education.
