Client Relationship Management: Manage your client book, focusing on growth and cross-selling in Private Client, Mid-Market, and Emerging Wealth sectors. Build strong relationships, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high-quality service.
New Business Development: Identify new opportunities, leverage market insights, and convert leads to drive growth.
Renewal & Policy Management: Oversee renewals, secure competitive terms, and adjust policies as clients needs evolve.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client documentation.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service and share market insights.
Market Knowledge & Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends, build relationships with insurers, and share insights with the team.
Account Executive - Private Clients Key requirements
Experience in managing mid to high-net-worth portfolios, knowledge of insurance products, and strong communication skills.
Industry qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) and experience with insurance platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
