Job Description
Litigation Paralegal (Portuguese speaking)
* Translate documents and correspondence between Portuguese and English.
* Assist with drafting and reviewing documents related to litigation cases.
* Support in the preparation of court bundles and filings.
* Conduct legal research and summarise findings for the litigation team.
* Maintain accurate case files and ensure all documentation is up to date.
* Act as a liaison between clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in litigation.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and client information.
* Support the litigation team with administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant should have:
* Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A background in legal studies.
* Proven experience as a litigation paralegal.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
