The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with Heads of Year, teachers, and the SENCo to support pupils who require additional behavioural or emotional guidance. You will help create a positive learning environment, implement behaviour strategies, and provide one-to-one or small-group interventions to develop students’ self-regulation, resilience, and social skills.
