Fire Sprinkler Project Manager - London
Pertemps is pleased to be working with a top fire safety company in the construction industry. They are currently expanding and seeking a Project Manager to work on projects in and around London. Responsibilities:
1. Handle sprinkler installation contracts from initial enquiry through to final accounts.
2. Assume full financial control of projects, ensuring efficient and profitable delivery, including raising purchase and subcontract orders.
3. Manage on-site installation work, attend client meetings, oversee health and safety, and produce progress reports and quality assurance checks.
4. Prepare and communicate detailed work programmes to meet deadlines and contract requirements.
5. Liaise with suppliers, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and information flow, and report to clients, contractors, and governing bodies as necessary.
6. Negotiate, monitor, and produce quotations for contract variations.
7. Identify potential issues early and seek commercial advice when needed.
8. Prepare technical reports, operating and maintenance manuals, and handover documents by collating relevant information.
9. Report deviations or nonconformities from scope, standards, or contract.
Package:
* Salary dependent on experience, up to £70,000.
