Duration: 6 Months with possible Extension Start Date: ASAP Job Duties: As an Admin Officer based in Omagh, your primary responsibilities will include: Office Support: Liaising and corresponding with key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team leader and senior management. Assisting in efficient task management for allocated tasks, including filing and documentation. Performing any other duties as required by the team. Correspondence: Scanning and allocating correspondence received internally, ensuring it reaches the appropriate officer for review. Managing incoming and outgoing post effectively. Communication: Handling telephone calls in a professional and helpful manner, transferring them to the relevant department when necessary. Responding to queries and requests from internal departments promptly and professionally. File Management: Organising and maintaining files, including weeding and boxing files for storage. Ad Hoc Duties: Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as directed by the team leader, deputy business manager, or business manager.
