The Role
As a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons and practical activities
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to support engagement and behaviour
* Use sport and physical activity to motivate and re-engage students
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
* Assist with PE lessons, activities, and school sport where required
* Act as a positive role model, promoting teamwork and resilience
