We have Chef De Partie opportunities to suit a wide variety of culinary styles.
Whatever the style, our menus are created around locally sourced fine food and are prepared and presented with passion creativity and flair.
In whichever kitchen environment you choose, as Chef De Partie your scope will be to support your Head Chef by leading your section.
Proficiency in the tasks of Apprentice and Commis Chefs, including mise en place
Cleaning schedules, food storage, food preparation, and service cleardown
Consistent production of food to recipe and presentation standards in SOP's
Providing feedback to the junior team to support improved performance
Supporting with any shift challenges
On job training of new employees

People who are naturally friendly - who genuinely care about our guests and the service they receive.
Current or recent experience as Demi Chef De Partie or Chef De Partie, in a quality hotel or restaurant
Food Hygiene Qualification an advantage
