Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary is applicable to candidates with substantial teaching experience equivalent to U3.

About the Role
You will deliver high-quality, engaging mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5. The school is looking for a teacher who can bring maths to life, encouraging curiosity, resilience and critical thinking in every lesson.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver well-structured, differentiated maths lessons
• Inspire students to develop confidence and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts
• Monitor, assess and track student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department and wider school
• Uphold high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for maths education
• The ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• A commitment to inclusive practice and student wellbeing
• A willingness to contribute to wider school life
