As our client continues to scale up, we are looking to appoint a Commercial Sales Coordinator. As commercial sales coordinator you will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer enquiries and quotation activity, working closely with sales, engineering, and suppliers to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely commercial responses. The role supports day-to-day sales and tendering activity while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Roles & Responsibilities Maintain sales and tendering activity within internal systems and shared mailboxes Communicate directly with customers to respond to commercial and technical queries Support Sales Managers and the wider commercial team with ongoing opportunities and customer activity Track and chase outstanding inputs from internal teams and suppliers to meet deadlines Collaborate with internal departments including contracts, engineering, production, and accounts to ensure customer expectations are met Manage incoming customer enquiries and quotation requests, ensuring they are assessed and progressed efficiently Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Technical teams to gather required commercial and technical information Liaise with internal and external suppliers to obtain pricing and supporting documentation in line with customer requirements Review technical and commercial returns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness Prepare, manage, and issue quotations within agreed timescales Skills & Experience High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple internal teams and external partners Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in a commercial, sales coordination, tendering, or customer-facing role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously Experience using CRM, quotation, or sales management systems
