TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Housing Association in Kent and require a qualified Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for a long-term contract.Role Overview:
* Conduct stock condition and RDSAP across residential properties in and around Kent
* Portfolio of 3,000+ properties (property list available)
* Must be a QUALIFIED DEA
* Paid per survey Flats, Houses and Blocks
* Outside IR35
Contract Details:
* Duration: 12-month rolling contract
* Start Date: Expected from 5th May
* Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and some door knocking (optional)
* Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
