What we are looking for:
1. Experience in collating, assisting and organising information
2. Experience in an administrative role
3. Strong time management, organisational skills and ability to process, analyse and present data
4. Excellent Communication skills
5. School/College experience is desirable but not essential
Duties/responsibilities:
6. Provide Information, advice and guidance and ongoing support to staff involved in the management of procurement and contracts
7. Ensure compliance requirements are effectively communicated and embedded
8. Engage with departments to identify business needs and develop commercial strategies
9. To lead procurement and manage executive office contracts
10. To support and coordinate corporate procurement projects
