Solicitor/Fee Earner - Conveyancing or Private Client Location: Either Conwy or Llandudno Salary: £DOE Hours: Full Time Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join either their Residential Conveyancing team or their Private Client team, depending on your experience. Key Responsibilities: Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure timely progression of cases. Handling a full caseload of Private Client matters, wills & probate etc Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing transfer documents. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Providing exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records on case management systems. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in residential conveyancing or private client. NQ solicitors will be considered is some circumstances Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
