Are you a commercially driven qualified Head of Finance looking to drive transformation across a high growth organisation?
A widely known company based in Colchester are looking for a Head of Finance to work alongside the senior leadership to help facilitate growth, identify financial strategy and evolve the accounting function.
Responsibilities
* Support business growth through sound financial systems, modelling, and risk management.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, planning, and funding for new initiatives.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, payroll sign-off, and preparation of annual accounts.
* Present financial updates and recommendations to the Board and Committees.
* Manage internal controls, audits, and compliance with financial regulations.
* Provide management accounts, KPIs, and cash flow reports to inform decision-making.
* Oversee pensions, insurance, and investment strategies.
* Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.
* Act as Company Secretary and ensure all regulatory returns are submitted on time.
What you get
* Salary of £60,000 - £65,000
* Hybrid Working 2/3 days on-site

Requirements
* ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified accountant with 5+ years in senior finance roles.
* Strong leadership, strategic, and financial modelling skills.
* Proficient in finance systems and people management.
